No experience? No worries. Our Open Day Class on 6th July is a chance to dip your toes in, move with us, and feel the bod burn (in the best way).

You’ll get a taste of our signature Reformer style in a fun, 30-minute session that’s all about:

  • Moving with strength 💪

  • Building confidence in your body

  • Connecting with a vibrant, supportive community

  • Experience the unique benefits of Reformer workouts, designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being.

  • Get a taste of our supportive and encouraging environment, led by our passionate and certified instructors.

  • To ensure your comfort and safety please be sure to wear comfortable clothing.

    Wear grippy socks as to not slip while using the reformer. We do have grippy socks for sale in studio if you forget.

    Bring a towel to provide comfort to your workout.
